The 2021 Victory employee of the year is Michael Richards who joined Victory in 2001 from the Giorgio Armani Company where he served as warehouse manager, until Giorgio Armani outsourced their operation to Victory, at which time Michael became a Victory employee. Michael has always demonstrated great leadership and mentoring skills. His philosophy of “serving and helping anyone that serves the customer” has served Victory well. Mike will receive a plaque and a check in the amount of $7,500. The average non management employee received bonuses in the $7,000 range. The Victory long haul team of the year will be announced in March at the Victory “Front Line”workshop in Palm Beach, FL.
